Embody Reopening Policies

  • If you have any indication of sickness we will need you to reschedule your appointment.
  • If you have been exposed to someone who’s been sick, please refrain from coming in.
  • If you have traveled by plane, we ask that you refrain from making any appointments until you have been home for 14 days.
  • We will be taking each client’s temperature upon entering the office with a non-contact thermometer. If there’s any evidence of fever you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
  • Upon entering the office you will be required to wear a face mask and sanitize hands.
  • Face masks must be worn at all times unless instructed otherwise by your Embody provider.
  • Please arrive promptly and remain at the door to the office (it will be propped open) until a member of the Embody team gives you the “ok” to enter.
  • Late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, and no-shows will be charged a $50-$100 inconvenience fee.
  • Clients must arrive at their appointments alone. No children are permitted at this time.
  • During your visit please maintain social distancing and remain 6 feet apart. Please do not walk around the space. A staff member will direct you where to sit and be treated.
  • If you need to leave the office during your visit please sanitize your hands upon re-entering.
  • Please do not bring food or beverages with you. Water is available if needed. Please ask a staff member to get it for you.
  • There will be no magazines, brochures, or testers of any kind available at this time.
